22 months old

• Drinks 1% milk at meals and with afternoon snack. He gets water in between. He calls both baba. He likes to carry his water cup around everywhere.

• Sleeps 15 hours in a 24 hour period. Asleep by 1930. 
• Sleeps 12 hours at night and plays happily in his crib until I get him at 0800. Afternoon nap starts by 1300 and he will sleep 2.5-3 hours. 
• New words: Illow (pillow). 
• He loves his pillow pet! He will start bringing his stuffed animals and pillows to the living room if he is ready for bed and we haven't started his bedtime routine!

• His hair is a mess. It has grown so much. It reminds me of Albert Einstein or Terry Bradshaw.

I took him to get his haircut and had the girl trim the front way too short!

22 months old

 Davis is sleeping 12-15 hours in a 24 hour period. He is usually in bed by 2000 and up by 0700. Thankfully, he is content to play in his crib for awhile! Here are tidbits from this month:

• New phrases and words: Here it is, where is it, get me, you're funny, sit down, happy day, balloon, sorry, jeans, helper, hurry, avocado, chicken, cooking, obey, Stacy, Jason, Lauren, Gavin, Emmala (Emmalyn), He repeats everything!
• Poor buddy is getting his first set of molars, three out of four have popped through
• On our trip to Florida and on the few days it has been nice at home, he loves playing outside.

•  Spent the night away from Mommy for the first time. He stayed with the Thomas family and loved it.

•  Loves going places, especially on shopping trips with Daddy

Happy Easter

Zoo

Granna was off today and since Aunt Jen and cousin were on Spring Break, we went to the zoo.

Church

The boy loves going to church and will often ask about it during the week. He misses his Sunday School friends though. Many times on our trip he asked, "Church? Connor? Logan?" Most visits, I make sure to get a trip pew picture!

2 1/2 months, 6 months, 11 months, 16 months, 21 months

This time was a little more difficult.

 Granddaddy was on the boy's level roaring like a lion and the boy immediately dropped down and charged Granddaddy!

Granny and Granddaddy took off today so we went on another adventure to a State Park.

There were chickens everywhere. I had to rescue the boy when one came right up to him. I thought he was going to get pecked!
