One week old

 

We had a wonderful hospital stay. My coworkers took such good care of us!

We were discharged on Friday.

 

 

Granddaddy left on Sunday but Granny stayed another week to take care of us!

 We had to get pictures in our Halloween jammies

 

She finally had her first bath at home.

 

On Monday, we had an appointment at Newborn Assessment Clinic. She weighed 6#11.2 ounces so is gaining weight well! She nurses 2-3+ hours during the day and will have one 5 hours stretch at night.

I feel like I blinked and it was Wednesday. Long nights and short days, this week went fast!

This was the first time the boys held their baby sister.

 

One Week Old.

Davis is one week old today! He eats every 2-3 hours and usually once a day will go 4 hours between nursing. Once a day (usually at night) he likes to cluster feed for about 1.5 hours and then go to sleep for the night. The longest he has gone is five hours. On Monday he was 6#5 oz.
