12 months old: Happy Birthday, Allison

Eats:

• Nurses four times a day
• Started whole milk once a day after lunch 
• Loves solids and eats everything that is offered

Sleeps:

• 13-14 hours in a 24 hour period
• She is consistently sleeping 11-12 hours straight!
• She wakes up around 0730 and plays in her crib until I get her to take Davis to school
• His nap times are finally pretty consistent and she is better at going in the crib awake and going to sleep on her own without fussing. 
• Sleeps about 100 minutes for both naps, longer if she doesn't have a good morning nap

Tidbits from this month:

• At her one year appointment, weighed 14 pounds, 10 ounces (1% for kids her age), 26.5 inches long (1), and head circumference 16 3/4 inches (8%)
• Moving into 9 month clothes and size 2 diapers
• Words: Mama, nana. Started saying Ds and Bs. 
• Has two bottom teeth and is close to getting top teeth

• Loves books. she will lay down with them and prop them up with her feet!
• Holds hands up in the air as if she wants to wave

• Loves giving kisses (albeit slobbery)

• Poor thing had pink eye at her birthday party and felt terrible. 

• Adores her big brothers

Happy 6th Birthday, Davis

Once again, Davis and Luke laughed the whole time we sang Happy Birthday!

• Sleeps 10 hours at night from 2030-0630. He's in bed by 2000 and will read before bed. 

• At his six year visit with Dr. Shockley, weighed almost 47 pounds and was 3 feet 11.5 inches tall. He gained 5 pounds and grew close to 3 inches taller in the last year!

• Davis' favorite snacks are fruit snacks. Lunch favorites are peanut butter and jelly. Other favorite foods are cheeseburgers, tacos, pasta, and sausage pizza. His favorite drink is water. Favorite fast food is Culver's and favorite restaurant is Buffalo Wild Wings. He asks if we can go out to eat atleast once a week!

• His favorite TV show is Blaze. Favorite books are any Berenstain Bears or Curious George story. 

• Loves Legos and making things. 

 

• Played Tball again this summer and enjoyed it and seeing his friends.

• Loved school. 

Happy 3rd Birthday, Luke

Sleeps 10 hours at night, takes a 1.5 hour-2 hour nap in the afternoon, he is usually up by 0700.We put both boys to bed by 2000. They talk for a few minutes before going to bed.

He takes a nap between 1230-1455 when we have to pick Davis up from school. Most days he plays a little bit before nap.

At his three year appointment with Dr. Shockley, weighed 34 pounds 13 ounces (79% for kids his age) and was 38.29 inches tall (71%). He gained almost 5 pounds and grew almost 2 inches taller in the last year!

The house is so quiet when Davis is at school but I think he enjoys playing by himself!

He loves Allison, he calls her Baby Allison. When I nurse her he likes to play with the Alphabet game.

Can say his ABCs and can count to twelve. (he gets 7 and 11 mixed up)

Loves puzzles, he will work on them for a long time and is so proud when he is done.

Happy 3rd Birthday, Luke!

Luke was so excited for his birthday. He wanted a Paw Patrol birthday.He laughed and laughed when we sang Happy Birthday to him! Remember last year?

Happy 5th Birthday, Davis

Davis and Luke both laughed the entire time we sang Happy Birthday. Jason had Davis turn around for a picture and the bottom right picture is what we got! He talked for months of having a Ripslinger birthday cake (the bad guy in Planes).

Sleeps 10 hours at night from 2030 to 0630. He has a quiet time in the afternoon while Luke and Mommy nap. Most days he just plays in his room or in the basement.

At his five year visit with Dr. Shockley, weighed almost 42 pounds (56% for kids his age) and was 3 feet 8.65 inches tall (79%). He gained 6 pounds and grew close to 3 inches taller in the last year!

Davis' favorite snacks are fruit snacks. Lunch favorites are ham and mustard or peanut butter and jelly. Other favorite foods are cheeseburgers, tacos, pasta, and sausage pizza. His favorite drink is water. At preschool he always requested water instead of juice with snack. Favorite fast food is Culver's and favorite restaurant is Buffalo Wild Wings. He asks if we can go out to eat atleast once a week!

His favorite TV show is Curious George. Favorite books are any Berenstain Bears or Curious George story. Davis loves watching movies.

Loves legos and building things.

Loves to play across the street with Jackson and Henry or Caden.

Enjoyed going to preschool this year. He grew so much!

Loves to have Ms. Sarah come over to babysit him while Mommy and Daddy go on a date!

Rides his bike so fast. He had no problems going from his balance bike (no pedals) to a big boy bike without training wheels.

 

 

Played T-ball the month of June. His favorite part of was batting.
